About Xi’an Zhiyang Baina Vacuum Coating
We began working in vacuum coating in 2010, and registered Xi’an Zhiyang Baina Vacuum Coating Co., Ltd. in 2017. Backed by a strong technical foundation, we maintain cooperation and technical exchange with the laboratories of several Project 985 universities, and our technicians bring extensive, senior-level experience in the vacuum coating industry.
Equipment & Processing Capabilities
We currently operate several PVD vacuum multi-arc ion coating systems and diamond coating systems, providing hard-alloy surface coatings for a wide range of parts — tools, cutting tools, moulds, crafts, decorative items, surgical blades, medical instruments and aerospace components. Available coating materials include metals and alloys such as titanium, chromium, copper, aluminium, nickel and nickel-chromium, as well as various nitrides (e.g. titanium nitride, TiN) and carbides (e.g. TiC).
Other special coatings: square-resistance coatings and EMC coatings. Existing and new customers are welcome to consult with us at any time.
